Varadero Cigar FAQ

We will ship orders anywhere in the world. However, the majority of our orders are shipped within North America including United States, Canada and Mexico.
2. How are shipments made?: Our shipments are sent out using ExpressPost. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
3. What are shipping costs?: Shipping costs $25.00 within North America. The way we've included this fee has its benefits. Regardless of your order size, shipping fees remain the same.
4. How do I order?: We've made ordering easy. Simply view our online catalogue, select the items you wish to purchase. Or order via phone at our toll free number: 1-866-504-3378. Please note that your online transaction is secure.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All orders are billed in Canadian Dollars and for convenience we have added an estimated US dollar price. This estimation is for reference only and is based on a conversion rate of 1.5 Canadian Dollars per US Dollar.
6. Is there a guarantee in making my purchase online?: Yes! We guarantee all of our orders. If you are not happy or do not receive your cigars within 21 days from date of purchase, we will replace your product less shipping charges. Please Note: A copy of the [Notice of Removal] document must be provided in order to receive refund, if in the event the order is not received. This document is forwarded to the recipient, on all orders that are seized by US Customs.
7. Are your Cuban cigars authentic?: Yes! We are an authorized Habanos dealer and distribute only the finest Cuban cigars of authentic tobacco by Havana House Canada.
8. Where are you located?: Varadero Cigar is located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada just minutes from the Sumas US border crossing in Washington State USA.
